Charlotte started her career as a Pastry Chef in 1996 training under Claire Clark MBE MOGB and working her way up through the ranks to Sous Chef at top London establishments including House of Commons, Bluebird, Claridges, Hilton Hotel and Alison Price Event Caterers.
Upon moving to Kent in June 2008, Charlotte started her own business making Bespoke Wedding and Celebration Cakes.
Since then the business has developed and in addition to a successful cake-making business, fun chocolate parties for children and adults were launched in 2009. These have proved extremely popular with over 70 parties being held each year.
Enjoying the challenge of multi tasking, Charlotte has also gone back to her roots as a Pastry Chef and since 2010 has also been supplying local country pubs with delicious home-made desserts.
Charlotte's has been awarded a 5* Environmental Health Certificate and has full Public Liability Insurance
